This day, I learned a lot of things in my life, maybe, it is very disappointing on your end, or maybe on other people's view.

When I was a kid, I dream of what I always wishes, a dream that I really wanted to have own my own,

So I dream to have my own family, old people say: "Who will take care if you when you get old"?.

I am now 24, and getting 25 or maybe older in years after.

I wish that I can have a happy family, almost perfect, open to each other, communication with each other, helping one another, caring for each other and most of all love one another.

Maybe my life has taken a lot of twists and turns. I have been through what seems to be a roller-coaster ride of emotional ups and downs.

But I learned. And I am now wiser, smarter, haha.

I realized that love yourself so much more than anyone else, or anything else in this world, can lead you to a healthier life.

People come and go, people can teach you, break you as a person, love you as what you are, change you for the better, or sometimes control you for what other person's views.

I buried all of my bad experiences in life, but I will never forget all the lessons that I learned. From loving a person so much, or sometimes, making things better for your future, or helping other persons in other ways. Sacrifices? I must think twice or thrice, or even more, or not forever. If that person really deserves it.

My life is like a movie, or a melodrama in a show. Or maybe I am very emotional person, maybe that's why. If I love someone, I will do everything for that person, for him to make him happy, and make sure that he is okay, and happy with me too.

Now. I don't regret things of what happened to me, as a person. All this experience taught me how to become a better person. To be matured enough.

These are the lessons that I will never get in school. This is life. Give Importance.

I bear no hatred for anyone, I wish them all the best in they're lives.

I have found my peace, glad I am now back.

I now overcome, move on, and… I am now happy, this is the moment that I've been waiting for. I found my happiness, that is love myself more, love my family, my sibling, my true friends who's always there for me, my circle of friends, who helped me to move on from my past, and lastly The Lord of my life. Jesus.

Wachovia Begins Early Deal Talks with Citi

Wachovia has begun preliminary talks with Citigroup about a potential merger, people briefed on the matter said Friday afternoon.

Feelers have also been extended between Wachovia and Wells Fargo and Spain’s Banco Santander, these people said.
These talks are early, however, and no deal may emerge from them. But it appears that Wachovia is seeking out potential alternatives should the financial rescue package being debated in Washington is not quickly passed, or fails to provide enough help.

Wachovia, the big bank headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., has been under increasing pressure in recent weeks amid the turmoil gripping the banking sector. It took additional fire on Friday after JPMorgan Chase acquired virtually all of Washington Mutual, until Thursday evening the nation’s largest savings and loan, in a government-brokered sale.

A Wachovia spokeswoman declined to comment.

If a deal were to happen, Citigroup would gain one of the sterling names in retail banking. Wachovia would give the banking giant a heightened presence along the Eastern seaboard, and Citi would also gain Wachovia’s retail banking management team, considered one of the strongest in the business.

Shares in Wachovia have plummeted 78 percent over the past year amid questions about the firm’s biggest burden: billions of dollars in option adjustable-rate mortgages it acquired from its purchase of Golden West Financial. According to CreditSights, a research firm, Wachovia holds about $120 billion of these mortgages, which are considered especially risky because borrowers have the option of skipping part of their payments and adding that debt to the principal of the loan.

Wachovia’s stock fell about 38 percent by Friday afternoon, as investors seemed especially worried about the value of those mortgages. JPMorgan said on Friday that it would significantly write down the value of similar mortgages held by Washington Mutual, raising questions of potentially bigger write-downs at Wachovia.

A week and a half ago, Wachovia began deal talks with Morgan Stanley, negotiations set against the backdrop of Lehman Brothers’s collapse. But nothing has resulted from those discussions.

Fonality's CEO Chris Lyman spoke with me earlier today to talk about the strong inroads Fonality has been making in the call center market. Chris said, "Fonality has become a big player in what I like to call the micro call center market.

We launched our call center product in 2005 and we have almost 3,000 deployed call centers now."When asked to define "call center" since many people have a different definition, Chris responded, "Anybody who purchases Call Center Edition plus HUD Agent.

We can't imagine someone buying barging, monitoring, recording, and queue reporting if you weren't doing call center activity. Since these products effectively add in some cases double the costs to the phone system, you're pretty serious if you're buying those."When asked what percentage were call center deployments versus regular enterprise deployments, Chris said that 40-50% of all their solutions sold are Call Center Edition.

Chris stated that there is a vastly under served and untapped call center market when he explained, "The 5-50 agent market where I have a regular business with 50 employees, but I've got 10 sales people who work the queues.

And so there is this micro call center that has been ignored by Genesys and the expensive players out there for all these years because you cannot afford a $100,000 drop-in, bolt-on Avaya call center system.

I think the low end of the market hasn't been able to afford that and we're enabling the micro call center market."Chris explained that Fonality PBXtra Call Center saved Crusecom, a Michigan-based outsourcing call center, more than $250,000 annually.

Art Cruse CEO at Crusecom explained he'd have to hire a full-time Avaya engineer on-site at $140,000 - $160,000 per year plus maintenance costs of the Avaya system. He also explained Avaya call center phones are more expensive than regular Avaya phones.

They also have 94% call completion rate or an amazing 6% abandonment rate. Other call centers are coming to look at how they've achieved such a phenomenally low abandonment rate. Fonality's call center system has helped Crusecom attain rapid growth.

The $250,000 savings enabled Crusecom to invest in a new 14,000 square foot call center facility that will house up to 150 call center agents. "Fonality and PBXtra Call Center made our whole business model of providing cost effective, outsourced onshore call centers possible.

They have delivered remarkable business benefits to our company," said Art Cruse CEO at Crusecom. "When we bought our Fonality system, it was 75 percent less than a comparable Avaya system. With Avaya, we would easily be paying an extra $250,000 per year in support, maintenance and hardware costs, which would directly impact our bottom line and limit our growth capabilities." Crusecom provides 24x7x365 call center operations to state agencies and companies that want to keep call center operations in the U.S. but cannot afford the high costs of urban call centers.

Since deploying PBXtra Call Center in 2007, the company has expanded its customer base, added 50 new call center agents and increased inbound call volumes."PBXtra Call Center is amazing - the more calls we get the more we save," Cruse continued. The haloween is near, and there's lot of party going all around the world. For kids, there's a trick or treat. and what about on our AGE?

Hoooooooly Cow. Well, ofcourse we have a lot of bars open on that day and celebrating the haloween, i remembered last 2003 that was 31st of october, i was in jp rizal, and meet my friends, near in south cementery, the reason: "we have a beneficiary project and a candle making for street children" so i slept with my friends house and her family business was a scented candles. That night before we meet our friends, i and my friend help her family to packed things because

They are going out of town, that means my friend and i are alone before we leave the house and meet my friends in south cementery, after we meet our friends and eat pizza for dinner. My friend turned off all the lights in their house, it's a 3 storey and a really huge house. I was scared because we slept about 12 midnight, and it's a really weird feeling because there is someone outside of our room was walking and knocking the door downstairs, and we all know both that we are the only person on that house. So i was really awake and haven't slept that time, it was a fully crap of shit that she was revealed that there's a ghost on that house and the reason was suicide. they bought the house for a cheap price. And this is not a joke, it is really my experience and it was not funny, my knees and toes are shaking.

And that time, i don't want to go in that place again, cause whereever i look on that house, there is someone who is watching over me.

I miss you, for being a good friend, classmate, and etc. I am still working. Ofcourse! I learned a lot of things in my life. Definitely in my life. As usual things that i used to do…. hahahahaha… matulog, kumain at magtrabaho…

After i was in the hospital. I realize a lot of things, and that is not really easy. I am ok with my life right now, contented and happy. Hopefully it will be forever! I am trying to work things out as soon as possible, but only God knows

AN EMOTIONAL De La Salle University squad showed it still has the mettle to stave off even the UAAP’s most competitive squads.
The reigning champions squandered a sizeable lead in the fourth quarter but managed to hang on in the remaining minutes to clinch the no. 2 spot and defeat Far Eastern University, 62-59 in their playoff game at the resumption of the 71st edition of this tournament last September 11, 2008 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Despite the win, however, DLSU coach Franz Pumaren failed to contain the tears in front of the media who covered the exciting game in response to criticisms hurled at him by BAP-Samahan ng Basketbol ng Pilipinas (BAP-SBP) executive secretary Noli Eala for leaving the Philippine Youth Team before it played its last game in the recently-concluded FIBA Asia Junior Championships in Tehran, Iran.

What was sadder for Pumaren and the DLSU camp was the news that the 63-year-old father of La Salle assistant coach Jack Santiago, Sofronio, had passed away at around 6:15 p.m. last night due to a lingering illness.

“That’s why I came back, because I wanted coach Jack [Santiago] to spend more time with his father, said the teary-eyed Pumaren, alluding to his decision to leave the Under-18 team to coach his squad against Ateneo de Manila last Saturday. “I don’t know why these people are hitting crap on me.

Well, everything's really good and smooth right now.... i am back to work, so busy... busy busy busy, i really find hard time right now online, cause im tired every single day when i get home, and the only thing that i really wanted to do is sleep...

Hahahahahhaha.....

Well... I hope that i could meet all of my friends from time to time and talk to them how are they doing.

Today, is my starting day for me to get work, after i was hospitalized for a few days last March. The Good News is I recovered from all the pain that i get through.. May be God didn't want me to go there yet. But still... I am strong.

After this i get sleep and go to office early tomorrow morning about 6am. You may imagine this but that is my shift. That early.

Who among you are already in your summer vacation trip?
Well.. Everyone seems does. Did you know that we have 36C.
Isn't really hot, is it? No, it is really hot. hahahahaha....

What took me so long to write it up again in my blog?

I was having a vacation trip this past few weeks, and untill now i am not yet in my place. Still enjoying it my vacation trip....

Some of the best places now a days is in Baguio, Cebu, Iloilo (Boracay), Puerto Galera, Laguna (Hot Springs.. but still be careful of having typhoid fever there), Davao, Leyte and Palawan (Amang Pulo was The Best).

I don't have any pictures here for now, but i will post it as soon as i get it.

Easter Sunday....

Today is Eastern Sunday....
They said that Jesus is alive again. but it just a simple thought of how we remember Jesus Christ, we were in Tondo Church about 4am. But we still waiting for the mother mary to come, and welcoming jesus, it was a fabulous and a nice moment that i would really treasure, ofcourse every year we always celebrate the holy week, and some of the people are in their own vacation, Go to Beach, Out Of Town, so long as they relax themselves.
Me, honestly... i was in the hospital for the past few days, but now, i am ok. hopefully....

Since i have my vacation.. i am planning a lot of things, and it really comes into my mind... I just need to wait for it then that's it.

My wish:
I hope that i could give the best of me to my loved one's and hopefully they can see it. I love them and cherished them. And if ever i die young.......

I want them to be happy. As fullfilled.

What happening today is always the same mistake that we did before and before untill on the next generations, and it seems that we never learned our mistakes, like what happening to this country.

Ex. Marcos before was the only one president of the philippines had a lot of things did in our country, our billings of cost had a very very low price, but some people just want some freedom, and that freedom is one of the mistake that the people did because they are wreckless.

When Aquino grab the opportunity of being elected as president, the Philippines became poor and suffers a lot of pain. untill President Joseph Ejercito Estrada became president, ofcourse there is an expectation because this guy was graduate from Ateneo De Manila University and never used his brain for his cabinet members, That's why...

President Gloria Macapag Arroyo grab the opportunity unexpectedly in Edsa 3. which this person graduate in Assumption....
Untill Fernando Poe Jr, must be elected as president but it took in away from him by Pres. G. Arroyo, and poor FPJ died.

So what's the really topic of this? Corruption... We never learned....

This is always a school of pride....
What happened today was Lozada is from Lasalle, and what he did is to go to Greenhills and ask fo help to Lasalle Brothers, and the senators got him......
