I have been through what seems to be a roller-coaster ride of emotional ups and downs.

But I learned. And I am now wiser, smarter, haha.

I realized that love yourself so much more than anyone else, or anything else in this world, can lead you to a healthier life.

People come and go, people can teach you, break you as a person, love you as what you are, change you for the better, or sometimes control you for what other person's views.

I buried all of my bad experiences in life, but I will never forget all the lessons that I learned. From loving a person so much, or sometimes, making things better for your future, or helping other persons in other ways. Sacrifices? I must think twice or thrice, or even more, or not forever. If that person really deserves it.

My life is like a movie, or a melodrama in a show. Or maybe I am very emotional person, maybe that's why. If I love someone, I will do everything for that person, for him to make him happy, and make sure that he is okay, and happy with me too.

Now. I don't regret things of what happened to me, as a person. All this experience taught me how to become a better person. If the job candidate is at all sensitive to the expectations of corporate life, he or she will have dressed with appropriately and practiced good interview behaviors in front of a mirror. If an applicant arrives in golf or club clothing, then than reflects a lack of corporate role awareness and their place in the organization if they were to be hired. The appropriate appearance reflects the appropriate beliefs and attitudes for a good interview and good work in the future.

2) High Energy and Interest in Working.
Employers do not want to see Hyperactivity on the job, but they do want to see their employees behaving in a manner that projects enthusiasm and a drive to produce and succeed. They want employees that will be working with good energy all the time. They can observe such a quality of energy as the employee enters the room. High energy shows in your posture, your walk, and your eyes. If you have it, your job interviews will be more successful. If you have high energy at work, employers will think you are more likely to do a good job if they promote you or give you a raise, than workers who are less productive.

3) Good Work Ethic
To a slacker, all work is too hard. A person that has a good work ethic has learned it from somewhere such as from family and teachers. Employers look for these things in an potential employee:
· Role models and mentors that believe in the importance of hard work
· Work-related free-time activities
· Willingness to take a second or even a third job
· No concern with number of hours worked -- no clock watching
· High career goals
· Good follow through -- completes anything undertaken
· Paid own way through college

4) Motivation From Good Role Models.
Anyone form any background can become a success. This usually takes place because the individual had good role models among adults in their life as they grew up. These could be parents, aunts and uncles, neighbors, teachers, pastors or rabbis, scout leaders, summer youth leaders, and a host of other people that influence children. It is important to have had role models growing up and it is important to find mentors on the job to serve as current role models.

5.) Emotional Maturity.
An immature person uses two targeted qualities in order to manipulate and mislead others: 1) a sometimes-childlike charm and flattery, and 2) a talent for distracting attention from their own shortcomings by creating a disturbance or bullying others. Immature people are not good employees. Their goal is to satisfy only their own short-term gratification needs. In fact, they often feel that the employer is responsible for doing so. In fact, they may have this quality in such an extreme as to suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Others who are rather immature emotionally are less troublesome on the job and may have what is called a low EQ (Emotional Quotient); however, the EQ can be raised through instruction and training.
The strongest marker of maturity is the concern for the well-being among other human beings on a daily basis.

Emotional maturity is shown by:
· Good Judgment.
· Handled oneself well in business affairs - no get-rich-quick schemes.
· Financial responsibility; does not overspend and create debt problems.
· Relatively low number of past employers.
· Has he pursued his career in a mature and adult manner? Has she job-hopped without realistic consideration for the future of either her employers or herself?

6) Performing Well is More Important Than the Paycheck.
Some people work only for the money and they usually don't do a very good job at the work, because they don't like it. Such a person has little inner motivation to do well at this job. They often develop a resentment of work, the boss, and the company. Consequently, they will hold back their best from the job, do little real work, and coast to retirement if they can.

7) Loyalty
Loyalty is supporting your company, boss, and coworkers verbally and with actions. It means that you share a common mission statement and work together in good faith.

8) Cooperation.
Compatible and similar individuals make the best work teams for maximized production and success. A job applicant that is self-absorbed, emotionally "touchy", or seems to have a chip n their shoulder during an interview is likely to be disruptive and demoralizing on the job. A cooperative, open-minded person that works hard is an ideal employee.

9) Follow Through.
This is shown in a goal-oriented individual with a history of completing their projects, both personal and professional.

10) Ability To Channel Anger.
The best job-seekers can manage hostilities smoothly. They do not criticize past employers during job interviews.

Wachovia Begins Early Deal Talks with Citi

Wachovia has begun preliminary talks with Citigroup about a potential merger, people briefed on the matter said Friday afternoon.

Feelers have also been extended between Wachovia and Wells Fargo and Spain’s Banco Santander, these people said.
These talks are early, however, and no deal may emerge from them. But it appears that Wachovia is seeking out potential alternatives should the financial rescue package being debated in Washington is not quickly passed, or fails to provide enough help.

Wachovia, the big bank headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., has been under increasing pressure in recent weeks amid the turmoil gripping the banking sector. It took additional fire on Friday after JPMorgan Chase acquired virtually all of Washington Mutual, until Thursday evening the nation’s largest savings and loan, in a government-brokered sale.

A Wachovia spokeswoman declined to comment.

If a deal were to happen, Citigroup would gain one of the sterling names in retail banking. Wachovia would give the banking giant a heightened presence along the Eastern seaboard, and Citi would also gain Wachovia’s retail banking management team, considered one of the strongest in the business.

Shares in Wachovia have plummeted 78 percent over the past year amid questions about the firm’s biggest burden: billions of dollars in option adjustable-rate mortgages it acquired from its purchase of Golden West Financial. According to CreditSights, a research firm, Wachovia holds about $120 billion of these mortgages, which are considered especially risky because borrowers have the option of skipping part of their payments and adding that debt to the principal of the loan.

Wachovia’s stock fell about 38 percent by Friday afternoon, as investors seemed especially worried about the value of those mortgages. JPMorgan said on Friday that it would significantly write down the value of similar mortgages held by Washington Mutual, raising questions of potentially bigger write-downs at Wachovia.

A week and a half ago, Wachovia began deal talks with Morgan Stanley, negotiations set against the backdrop of Lehman Brothers’s collapse. But nothing has resulted from those discussions.

And here in Davao, Philippines were all of the clients meet and expand.

Fonality Beats Avaya and Boasts 3,000 Call Centers

Fonality's CEO Chris Lyman spoke with me earlier today to talk about the strong inroads Fonality has been making in the call center market. Chris said, "Fonality has become a big player in what I like to call the micro call center market.

We launched our call center product in 2005 and we have almost 3,000 deployed call centers now."When asked to define "call center" since many people have a different definition, Chris responded, "Anybody who purchases Call Center Edition plus HUD Agent.

We can't imagine someone buying barging, monitoring, recording, and queue reporting if you weren't doing call center activity. Since these products effectively add in some cases double the costs to the phone system, you're pretty serious if you're buying those."When asked what percentage were call center deployments versus regular enterprise deployments, Chris said that 40-50% of all their solutions sold are Call Center Edition.

Chris stated that there is a vastly under served and untapped call center market when he explained, "The 5-50 agent market where I have a regular business with 50 employees, but I've got 10 sales people who work the queues.

And so there is this micro call center that has been ignored by Genesys and the expensive players out there for all these years because you cannot afford a $100,000 drop-in, bolt-on Avaya call center system.

I think the low end of the market hasn't been able to afford that and we're enabling the micro call center market."Chris explained that Fonality PBXtra Call Center saved Crusecom, a Michigan-based outsourcing call center, more than $250,000 annually.

Art Cruse CEO at Crusecom explained he'd have to hire a full-time Avaya engineer on-site at $140,000 - $160,000 per year plus maintenance costs of the Avaya system. He also explained Avaya call center phones are more expensive than regular Avaya phones.

They also have 94% call completion rate or an amazing 6% abandonment rate. Other call centers are coming to look at how they've achieved such a phenomenally low abandonment rate. Fonality's call center system has helped Crusecom attain rapid growth.

The $250,000 savings enabled Crusecom to invest in a new 14,000 square foot call center facility that will house up to 150 call center agents. "Fonality and PBXtra Call Center made our whole business model of providing cost effective, outsourced onshore call centers possible.

They have delivered remarkable business benefits to our company," said Art Cruse CEO at Crusecom. "When we bought our Fonality system, it was 75 percent less than a comparable Avaya system. With Avaya, we would easily be paying an extra $250,000 per year in support, maintenance and hardware costs, which would directly impact our bottom line and limit our growth capabilities." Crusecom provides 24x7x365 call center operations to state agencies and companies that want to keep call center operations in the U.S. but cannot afford the high costs of urban call centers.

Since deploying PBXtra Call Center in 2007, the company has expanded its customer base, added 50 new call center agents and increased inbound call volumes."PBXtra Call Center is amazing - the more calls we get the more we save," Cruse continued. "We've been able to reinvest these cost savings in our company and grow our business very rapidly."By leveraging web-based reporting capabilities in PBXtra Call Center and other technology developed in-house, Crusecom is the only electronic benefits transfer (EBT) call center in the country that is offering customers real-time, web-based service level agreement reporting. In addition to the $250,000 he is already saving with Fonality, Crusecom estimates that this real-time, self-service reporting functionality saves his company eight to 16 man hours every day, or $50,000 to $100,000 annually, while providing customers with better service and support.

"Gone are the days of the cumbersome, big-iron call center oligopoly. Crusecom is a perfect example of why there is a changing of the guard in the call center market as companies rapidly adopt more agile technologies like PBXtra Call Center," said Chris Lyman CEO of Fonality. "Small and mid-size call centers need affordable, flexible phone systems with solid service agreements that allow them to grow rapidly. Fonality is delivering on these requirements and is constantly innovating with newer advanced technologies.

" Chris also explained that Fonality's flat rate support was also a key advantage over other call center IP-PBX competitors. Lastly, he explained the hybrid-hosted approach enables call centers to have home agents without the need for VPNs. The hybrid-hosted approach resolves pesky VoIP over NAT firewall issues making telecommuting a much easier approach with lower TCO.

Employment Opportunities For Freelance Translator

There are lots of employment opportunities for freelance translator around the Internet or even in not online job. Single adults have come to appreciate animal companionship. Pet owners may be willing to pay for more elective and intensive pet care than they have in the past.
In addition, new scientific methods of breeding and raising livestock, poultry, and fish as long as the continued support for public health and disease control programs will also contribute to the demand for veterinarians. Demand for specialists in many areas including toxicology, laboratory animal medicine, and pathology is expected to increase.
Most of these jobs for specialists will be in metropolitan areas.Veterinarians have an inquiring mind and good powers of observation. They generally have aptitude and interest in the biological sciences.

Veterinarians also need an understanding of animals. Veterinarians should be able to meet, talk, and work well with a variety of people. The primary reward for all veterinarians is the personal satisfaction in knowing that they are improving the quality of life for animals and people. Depending on the stage of a veterinarian's career, the type of practice, and the veterinarian's likes and dislikes, the pluses and minuses of a veterinary career may vary.
Veterinarians who are employed by government agencies, laboratories, colleges, and commercial firms often have responsibility for large health programs and may manage large numbers of people.

Veterinarians who work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) and for state and municipal food inspection services protect the public from diseased livestock and unsafe meat and poultry. They ensure that food products are safe and wholesome.
To prevent the introduction of foreign diseases, veterinarians employed by state and federal regulatory agencies quarantine and inspect animals brought into the United States from other countries.
Veterinarians in research seek better ways to prevent and solve animal and human health problems.

Many problems, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease, are studied through the use of laboratory animals, which are carefully bred, raised, and maintained under the supervision of veterinarians. Laboratory animal veterinarians help select the best animal models for particular research projects and ensure that the animals receive proper care.

In addition to developing ways to reduce or eliminate the threat of animal diseases, veterinarians involved in research have made many direct contributions to human health.
Veterinarians were the first to isolate filterable viruses, slow viruses, the first tumor-causing virus and other pathogenic agents.
They also helped conquer malaria and yellow fever, produced an anticoagulant used to treat some people with heart disease, and defined and developed surgical techniques for humans, such as hip-joint replacement and limb and organ transplants.

Veterinarians working in pharmaceutical and biomedical research firms develop, test, and supervise the production of drugs, chemicals, and biological products, such as antibiotics and vaccines for human and animal use. These veterinarians usually have specialized training in pharmacology, virology, bacteriology, pathology, parasitology, toxicology, nutrition, endocrinology, or laboratory animal medicine.

However, most veterinarians work in private clinical practice, which has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. Veterinarians in private clinical practice gain satisfaction from helping owners keep their animals well and from treating sick and injured animals. Private clinical practitioners who own their own practices determine the nature of their practice and set their working hours.

Because they are self-employed, most private clinical practitioners choose to work beyond normal retirement age.Veterinarians in private practice serve a variety of animals. This is especially true in companion animal practice because of the increased popularity of pet birds, small mammals (like hamsters and gerbils), and fish.

Today, a veterinarian may be treating llamas, catfish, or ostriches as well as cats, dogs, horses, cows, hogs, sheep, and goats. The chief risk for veterinarians is injury by animals; however, modern tranquilizers and technology have made it much easier for veterinarians to work on all types of animals.Large animal practitioners tend to work more irregular hours than do those in small animal practice, industry, or government.Students interested in a career in veterinary medicine need to take a strong science, math, and biology program in high school. To be considered for admission to a college of veterinary medicine, a student must complete undergraduate preveterinary medical coursework, which usually includes three to four years of college study, with specific course requirements.

General requirements include basic language and communication skills, social sciences, humanities, mathematics, chemistry, and the biological and physical sciences.Preveterinary coursework can be completed at many colleges and universities, including those at which the veterinary medical schools are located.Admission to veterinary school is highly competitive.Applicants usually have grades of "B" or better, especially in the sciences. Applicants must take the Veterinary Aptitude Test, Medical College Admission Test, or the Graduate Record Examination.

Most colleges give preference to candidates with animal or veterinary related experience. In most veterinary colleges the professional program comprises two phases. In the first phase, preclinical sciences, such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and microbiology are emphasized.

Most of the students' time is spent in classroom and laboratory study. The second phase of professional study is principally clinical. Students learn the principles of medicine and surgery in the classroom and through hands-on clinical experience. Students learn to apply their knowledge in a clinical setting under the supervision of graduate veterinarians on the faculty. Students treat animals, perform surgery, and deal with owners who use the school's clinical services. In conclusion, students learn about many different animals and diseases, and become skilled in surgical techniques and many laboratory and diagnostic procedures.

After studies, veterinarians must acquire a license issued by the state they wont to work in. In research and teaching, a master's or Ph.D. degree is usually required. Veterinarians who seek specialty board certification in one of the 20 specialty fields, such as ophthalmology, pathology, surgery, radiology, or laboratory animal medicine, must complete 2- to 5-year residency programs and must pass an examination.Approximately half the states require veterinarians to attend continuing education courses to maintain their licenses. New scientific knowledge and techniques are constantly being developed, and veterinarians must keep up to date by reading scientific journals and attending professional meetings and seminars.

" Haloween Party "

The haloween is near, and there's lot of party going all around the world. For kids, there's a trick or treat. and what about on our AGE?

Hoooooooly Cow. Well, ofcourse we have a lot of bars open on that day and celebrating the haloween, i remembered last 2003 that was 31st of october, i was in jp rizal, and meet my friends, near in south cementery, the reason: "we have a beneficiary project and a candle making for street children" so i slept with my friends house and her family business was a scented candles. That night before we meet our friends, i and my friend help her family to packed things because

They are going out of town, that means my friend and i are alone before we leave the house and meet my friends in south cementery, after we meet our friends and eat pizza for dinner. My friend turned off all the lights in their house, it's a 3 storey and a really huge house. I was scared because we slept about 12 midnight, and it's a really weird feeling because there is someone outside of our room was walking and knocking the door downstairs, and we all know both that we are the only person on that house. So i was really awake and haven't slept that time, it was a fully crap of shit that she was revealed that there's a ghost on that house and the reason was suicide. they bought the house for a cheap price. And this is not a joke, it is really my experience and it was not funny, my knees and toes are shaking.

And that time, i don't want to go in that place again, cause whereever i look on that house, there is someone who is watching over me.

Well, On a haloween, make yourself a glamour and be beautiful and if there's a weird or scary situation like what happened to me.

Treasure it.

All bars will be open on October 31st. I am happy if i am seeing my friends happy with their lives. I am happy if i was able to do my task for the day. I am happy when i see my loved one’s happy. That’s melanie makes happy.

What kind of events are you into?
Well, most of my time watching concert in Araneta Coliseum, CCP or in any other place, like the last time i went last tuesday on our "Bonfire Event" Mukha talaga kaming magsasaka alam nyo bakit? - Ang putik sobra sa bellarmine field. hahahahahha.....
Afterwards, inom.

Oh.. I’m happy that we won but I’m sad that his dad passed away. I’m very close to his father,‿ he said. “I don’t know why Noli Eala did this. He should talk to me first before he leaks it to the media, so he will know my reasons.

Eala criticized Pumaren’s decision to leave the RP Youth team in Iran, telling the media that the multi-titled UAAP coach had forgotten his responsibility.
“My husband doesn’t deserve that crap from a disbarred lawyer. Now, you know what’s the real story. It was uncalled for, Pumaren’s wife said in an impromptu interview.

Meanwhile, guard JV Casio, who is playing his final year for the Green Archers, led the team with 16 points to go along with four rebounds and four assists, while Rico Maierhofer fired in 14 points, grabbed 10 boards and swatted two shots.
Second-stringer Bader Malabes scored all nine of his points in the third quarter, where the Archers used their vaunted full-court press to transform a 23-25 halftime deficit to a 47-39 advantage.

The Green Archers then grabbed the upper-hand, 56-41, before FEU cut it to three, 57-60, with 1:16 left after center Aldrech Ramos completed a three-point play.
Casio scored on a lay-up in the ensuing play, before JR Cawaling knocked in a basket that trimmed the gap to 59-62 with 36 ticks left.

However, Cawaling’s potential game-tying triple at the buzzer did not hit the mark.
La Salle, now armed with a twice-to-beat edge, guns for the first finals seat when it faces the same FEU quintet on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Top seed Ateneo is aiming to do the same at the expense of University of the East in the other Final Four matchup.De La Salle outran the Tamaraws, 14-3 and earned more points off turnovers, 14-6.
Big man Reil Cervantes led the Tamaraws with 14 points and 11 boards. However, playmaker Andy Barroca managed to score a measly five points on two of seven shooting.

The scores:
De La Salle 62 – Casio 16, Maierhofer 14, Barua 10, Malabes 9, Atkins 6, Mangahas 3, Villanueva 3, Revilla 1, Bagatsing 0, Ferdinand 0, Walsham 0.
FEU 59 – Cervantes 14, Fernandez 13, Baracael 10, Barroca 5, Sanga 5, Cawaling 4, Ramos 3, Tanuan 3, Knuttel 2, Alisbo 0, Cabagnot 0.

Quarter scores: 8-10; 23-25; 47-39; 62-59

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://mjgsantos.blogspot.com/2008/09/ateneo-wins.html' title='Emotionally Lasalle... I was here for a day, but it was very great to stay here. Well.. ofcourse if you really want to relax yourself, then spend it alone with no phones, no gadgets, no laptops, and even distractions....

No alchohol, No smoke. Just live healthy living...

What a good idea....

It's all about satisfaction, not sexually because it will abuse your body. but your mind. Peaceful and you may focus what you really want and plan in your life. What you want to do and All... Simple as that...

For People have no money: you may go to area that you can afford.. Like, La Mesa in Quezon City.. 500p as many people you want to bring.

Or some Swimming Pools in Condominium...

"The Month Of Summer"

Who among you are already in your summer vacation trip?
Well.. But we still waiting for the mother mary to come, and welcoming jesus, it was a fabulous and a nice moment that i would really treasure, ofcourse every year we always celebrate the holy week, and some of the people are in their own vacation, Go to Beach, Out Of Town, so long as they relax themselves.
Me, honestly... i was in the hospital for the past few days, but now, i am ok. hopefully....

Since i have my vacation.. i am planning a lot of things, and it really comes into my mind... I just need to wait for it then that's it.

My wish:
I hope that i could give the best of me to my loved one's and hopefully they can see it. A show for empowering corrupting people? What is this issue? Is still related to People Power? Are we really sure?

What happening today is always the same mistake that we did before and before untill on the next generations, and it seems that we never learned our mistakes, like what happening to this country.

Ex. Marcos before was the only one president of the philippines had a lot of things did in our country, our billings of cost had a very very low price, but some people just want some freedom, and that freedom is one of the mistake that the people did because they are wreckless.

When Aquino grab the opportunity of being elected as president, the Philippines became poor and suffers a lot of pain. untill President Joseph Ejercito Estrada became president, ofcourse there is an expectation because this guy was graduate from Ateneo De Manila University and never used his brain for his cabinet members, That's why...

President Gloria Macapag Arroyo grab the opportunity unexpectedly in Edsa 3. which this person graduate in Assumption....
Untill Fernando Poe Jr, must be elected as president but it took in away from him by Pres. G. Arroyo, and poor FPJ died.

So what's the really topic of this? Corruption... We never learned....

Ateneo Vs. Lasalle......
This is always a school of pride....
What happened today was Lozada is from Lasalle, and what he did is to go to Greenhills and ask fo help to Lasalle Brothers, and the senators got him......
Past few weeks ago... Pres. Cory Aquino and friends prayed for Lozada in Ateneo Chapel.

What's the Big Deal????
in filipino version: Ano Naman?

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://mjgsantos.blogspot.com/2008/02/lozada-lasalle-vs-ateneo-and-vs-pres.html' title='"Lozada, Lasalle Vs.
